Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to support our Head Office team in Noble Park. You’ll manage calls, greet visitors, coordinate meetings, travel, and handle office supplies with professionalism.

Ideal candidates will have strong Microsoft Office skills, a basic understanding of JDE, excellent written and verbal communication, and a commitment to safety and a positive workplace culture. This role offers flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar administration and reception role.
  • Strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite, with JDE experience a bonus.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and messages with professionalism and care.
  • Welcome internal and external visitors and create a positive first impression.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and office access arrangements.
  • Order PPE, uniforms, stationery, and office supplies, while helping keep shared spaces well maintained.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and provide admin support to the EA and wider team.
