Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, the Administration Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the Administration/Reception, Transport and Cleaning Teams.
You will provide frontline leadership, coordinate workflows and rosters, oversee transport services, support staff development, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality service delivery.
You are a confident leader with strong organisational skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. You enjoy supporting others, building positive team culture, and finding practical solutions to everyday challenges.
