Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Supervisor to join a professional corporate office within the travel industry, based in East Perth. The role supports senior management and oversees day-to-day admin across HR, IT, member services, finance and events.

Key responsibilities include managing inbox and calls, coordinating facilities and suppliers, travel bookings and events, HR administration, and providing first-level IT support.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administration Supervisor to join a professional corporate office within the travel industry, based in East Perth. This is a varied and hands-on position, responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while providing administrative support across senior management, HR, IT, member services, finance and company events.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Sales, you will take ownership of the administration function and play an important role in maintaining an organised, efficient and positive office environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing general office administration, incoming calls and the administration inbox
  • Coordinating office facilities, maintenance, safety and suppliers
  • Managing stationery, merchandise and office requirements
  • Coordinating travel bookings and company events
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR administration
  • Assisting with internal communications, meetings and presentations
  • Providing first-level IT and systems support to staff
  • Maintaining databases, websites and internal systems
  • Supporting member enquiries and onboarding
  • Assisting with finance administration, including debtor follow-up
  • Coordinating company training and providing support with business systems
  • Assisting with conferences, meetings and other corporate events
  • Taking responsibility for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
About You

You will be a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a senior administration, office management or supervisory role
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • High-level Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a small team
  • A proactive approach and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities
