Opal HealthCare in Bomaderry is seeking a permanent full-time Sales & Administration Support role at Shoalhaven Place Care Community. You will assist with the admissions process, conduct tours and proactively manage sales enquiries to maximise occupancy.

Support the sales and administration function in the Care Community. Permanent Full-Time opportunity based in Bomaderry.

About the role:

• Based @ Shoalhaven Place Care Community
• Permanent Full-Time position
• Ensure the sales and admissions process
• Conduct tours
• Proactively manage sales enquiries
• Build meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Maximise occupancy
• Support the implementation of approved marketing events
• Assisting with processing of fortnightly staff payroll
• Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
• Assisting with client services and general enquiries
• Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
• Reception and other administration duties where required
• Managing team rosters and timesheets
