Opal HealthCare in Bomaderry is seeking a full-time Sales and Administration Support for a Care Community role. Based at Shoalhaven Place Care Community, you will assist with admissions, tours, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, client services and recruitment activities while managing rosters and general reception duties.

• Based @ Shoalhaven Place Care Community
• Ensure the sales and admissions process
• Conduct tours
• Build meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Support the implementation of approved marketing events
• Assisting with processing of fortnightly staff payroll
• Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
• Assisting with client services and general enquiries
• Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
• Reception and other administration duties where required
• Managing team rosters and timesheets
