The Administration Officer provides high-quality administrative and reception support for the Far West Medicare Mental Health Centre, acting as a key first point of contact for consumers. The role supports appointments, referrals, records, office systems, data entry and day-to-day hub operations, working flexibly and collaboratively with the local team and wider GPH administration network to deliver responsive, professional and efficient services. The service will operate seven days a week and candidates should be flexible and available to work on a rostered basis, including on weekends and outside of normal business hours, as needed.
