Job summary

Job description

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Mackay. Lead the establishment and day-to-day operations of the centre, managing a multidisciplinary team and key stakeholders while ensuring high-quality, person-centred mental health service delivery.

Skills & Experience

• Holds relevant tertiary qualifications in a mental health discipline (e.g. allied health, peer work, health promotion, Aboriginal health, nursing) or similar
• Has experience in mental health or community service management roles
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and consultation skills
