Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking an Administration Officer Level 3 at Tamworth Hospital for a Temporary Full Time role until November 2027. TIPS is a specialist multidisciplinary pain service providing both acute inpatient and chronic outpatient care. Based at Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital, the service operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and supports patients across the region.
You’ll work alongside an experienced team including Pain Medicine Specialists, Clinical Nurse Consultants, a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Physiotherapist, Senior Psychologist, Dietitian and Administration staff who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
As the Administration Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the service by providing high-quality administrative and executive support to the multidisciplinary team.
Reporting operationally to the CNC3/Operations Manager and administratively to the Manager, Outpatient Administration, your responsibilities will include:
