Job summary

Sunshine Coast Health is seeking an Administration Officer IBM Support to join our Integrated Business Management team on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. This position supports data validation for the Personnel Register, manages staff ID cards, car parking passes, and fleet/staff travel with a focus on customer service and accuracy.

Part-time hours are available (one 38 hrs per fortnight and one 30.4 hrs per fortnight) with salary rates between $41.17 and $45.79 per hour, including employer

• The Data Validation Officer Personnel Register to ensure data integrity within SCHHS Personnel Register and SCUH ID Cards, through data quality activities to maintain the accuracy of information contained within the staff identification systems.
• The SCUH Car Parking team to ensure staff passes are maintained appropriately, providing a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
• The BSO Fleet and Staff Travel with daily tasks including booking management and vehicle moves.

Key Responsibilities

Salary rates $41.17 - $45.79 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (part time positions available, one 38 hrs p.f. and one 30.4 hrs p.f.).
