Mater Private Hospital Redlands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse to work primarily across Mater Hospital Redlands as an After Hours Manager.
The successful applicant will have current clinical experience with a broad knowledge of clinical nursing. The position will be offered on a casualbasis.
The After-Hours Nurse Manager (AHM) is responsible for the organisation and management of the hospital outside of normal working hours. By providing a clear focus for operational leadership, the AHM facilitates provision of a high standard of holistic patient/client centred care, to maximise effective management of clinical, financial and human resources within a quality and risk management framework.
Salary range: $70.58 - $76.63 per hour plus casual loadingplus superannuationandaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+access to many staff benefits!
The After Hours Nurse Manager will be responsible for the safe, efficient and effective leadership and management of the facility after business hours. The After Hours Manager is an essential leadership role will be responsible to ensure collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, business management and leadership outside of normal hours.
