St John of God Social Outreach in Bendigo is seeking an Administration Officer to join the Outreach team on a permanent full-time basis. You will provide high quality administrative and clerical support to the service, welcoming clients and their families and assisting caregivers with tasks.
You will manage office systems, coordinate calendars, maintain client records in the CMS, assist with Medicare bulk billing, contribute to data quality indicators and reports, arrange meetings and events,

We are seeking applications for an Administration Officer to join our Outreach team in Bendigo, on a permanent full-time basis.
As Administration Officer, you will provide high quality administrative and clerical support to the service, including providing a welcoming environment for clients, their families and their carers who attend the service and supporting service caregivers with administrative and clerical tasks.
You will have substantial experience in reception and office administration, an understanding of systems and process used for managing client information, including appointments and data collection. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with clients, caregivers and stakeholders.
Successful applicants will hold a working with children check and a national police clearance.
