Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Bargara team. This full-time role supports the Service Manager with clerical duties and receptionist tasks across the aged care residence.
You will coordinate rosters, manage visitor sign-ins, assist with HR documentation and support accounting activities. A current Police clearance and strong MS Office skills are essential.

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our dedicated Palm Lake Care Bargara team. This is a Full-Time role working Monday to Friday toprovide essential clerical and receptionist support to the Service Manager while handling administrative tasks related to the aged care residence.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be instrumental in assisting smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Key duties will include:
