The Multiple Sclerosis, Neuroimmunology and CAR-T (MSNI) Service at Alfred Health is one of Australia's leading tertiary referral centres for the diagnosis and management of complex neuroimmunological disorders. The service provides multidisciplinary care for patients with multiple sclerosis, autoimmune encephalitis, NMOSD, MOG antibody disease, CNS vasculitis, neurosarcoidosis and other inflammatory neurological disorders, as well as neurological assessment and management of patients undergoing CAR-T cell therapy. Working closely with Monash University, the service integrates world-class clinical care, clinical trials and translational research to improve outcomes for patients across Victoria and nationally.
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and highly organised Administrative Officer to join the Multiple Sclerosis, Neuroimmunology and CAR-T Service at Alfred Health on a fixed-term, part-time basis. This position will provide administrative support across our rapidly expanding clinical service, ensuring efficient coordination of outpatient clinics, multidisciplinary activities, patient communications and clinical workflows. This is a temporary backfill position. During this period, Olivia Asquini will undertake the Administrative Coordinator role to cover Kelly's leave, and this position will backfill Olivia's substantive role for three days per week.
