Your new role An opportunity has become available for an experienced Data Entry Administrator to join a busy team based in the Adelaide CBD on a temporary assignment of 4–6 months. You will provide high-volume administrative and data entry support, ensuring information is accurately recorded, maintained and updated across internal systems. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to the integrity of critical records and support the efficient operation of the team.
High-volume data entry and database maintenanceReviewing, updating and validating information for accuracyProcessing documentation and managing electronic recordsAssisting with reporting, data audits and information requestsProviding general administrative support to the broader teamMaintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Previous experience in administration, records management or data entry positionsStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality outcomesStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database systemsThe ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlinesA current Working With Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment is essential.Previous experience within South Australian Government will be highly regarded.
$47 per hour plus super4-6 month temporary assignment with the potential for extensionAdelaide CBD locationFull-time hours, Monday to FridayOpportunity to gain valuable State Government experienceSupport from a dedicated Hays consultant throughout your assignment
