Job summary

The Administration Coordinator in Adelaide CBD will deliver high-level administrative support to ensure efficient client services across acute and statewide services. You will manage records, coordinate workflows, and contribute to a positive, compliant office environment.

You should have strong written and verbal communication, experience with administration systems, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accurate records.

About the role

The Administration Coordinator is responsible for high level administration duties and the effective and efficient delivery of administrative services to support effective client service delivery.

Key duties of the role

  • Contribute to the effective management of administrative systems and services
  • Contribute to a team environment, which promotes positivity, learning and development, safety and welfare of employees, acknowledge differences and encourage creativity, innovation and honesty
  • Ensure office systems and procedures are established, enhanced and maintained where broader corporate systems are not in place

Skills and Experience

  • Effective written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to negotiate with a broad range of people, both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with limited supervision and deal effectively with a range of tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to keep clear, accurate administrative and financial records and maintain and improve systems.
  • Experience with records management and administration systems, including computer-based information systems.
