The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) partners with staff across the University to advance teaching excellence, educational innovation and student success through the Southern Cross Model. As the Administration Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director and broader CTL team. Supporting multiple leaders and specialist teams, you will play a central role in coordinating systems, information, meetings, communications, events, project activities and day-to-day administrative processes that keep the Centre running smoothly.

You are a highly organised and adaptable administrator who enjoys being the person that keeps a busy team operating effectively. Comfortable managing competing priorities and supporting multiple stakeholders, you bring strong technology skills, initiative and a practical approach to solving problems.

It’s not essential, but experience within a university or other large, complex organisation will be highly regarded. Experience with systems such as Jira, Blackboard or Concur would also be advantageous.
