The Australian National University (ANU) is seeking an Administration Coordinator to support the Office of the Vice-Chancellor. This role provides high-quality administrative support, including managing correspondence, document flow and meeting coordination.

The Australian National University (ANU) is seeking a highly capable Administration Coordinator to support the Office of the Vice-Chancellor. This role is integral to the operations of the Office and will provide high-quality administration support across the Office's functions.
As the Administration Coordinator, you will provide of administrative support to the Office of the Interim Vice-Chancellor. You will be responsible for the management of correspondence and document flow within the Office; the coordination of meetings and events; and administrative tasks as required to support the Executive Assistant and the Administration Manager.You will collaborate closely with the offices of senior university executives, academic and professional staff, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to support the Office to deliver outcomes aligned to the University's priorities.
