Job summary

Harvest Road Group in Western Australia is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support the expanding farming and processing operations near Moora. This permanent full-time role reports to the Feedlot Manager and focuses on efficient admin, data entry, supplier invoicing, and stock control in a busy agricultural environment.

You will bring at least 2 years of data entry and administrative experience, strong communication, and comfortable using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Processing of supplier invoices with correct coding and approvals with Harvest Road Finance Team.
• Maintenance of supplier database.
• Commodity receivals including grain sampling and weighbridge operation.
• Weighbridge operation for livestock receivals and dispatch.
• Responding to enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with inventory management and monthly stocktake procedures.
• Perform other tasks as required by the business.

Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to play a key role in supporting our expanding business.

This permanent full-time role is pivotal to the smooth day to day running of our feeding facility near Moora, WA.This is WA’s largest feeding facility and is designed to supply Harvest Road’s processing facility, Harvey Beef.

Reporting to the Feedlot Manager, this opportunity will suit a self-motivated person who is hands on and passionate about the agriculture industry. You will have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn and contribute to the team.

About Koojan Downs Feeding Facility:

Koojan Downs feeding facility is located 25kms from Moora and 160kms north of Perth. Koojan Downs is part of the integrated beef supply chain for Harvest Road. This integrated beef supply chain ranges from north to southwest of Western Australia and is based on best-practice ecological planning and animal welfare management.

Please note:

• This is a permanent position, those on short term/working holiday visas will not be considered.
• You will need to have a current driver’s licence and own transport.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Processing of supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding and approvalsin collaboration with Harvest Road Finance Team.

• Maintenance of supplierdatabase.

• Commodity receivalsincluding grain sampling and weighbridge operation.

• Weighbridge operationfor livestock receivals and dispatch.

• Responding toenquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Ideal skillset:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
