Harvest Road Group in Western Australia is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support the expanding farming and processing operations near Moora. This permanent full-time role reports to the Feedlot Manager and focuses on efficient admin, data entry, supplier invoicing, and stock control in a busy agricultural environment.
You will bring at least 2 years of data entry and administrative experience, strong communication, and comfortable using MS Office.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to play a key role in supporting our expanding business.
This permanent full-time role is pivotal to the smooth day to day running of our feeding facility near Moora, WA.This is WA’s largest feeding facility and is designed to supply Harvest Road’s processing facility, Harvey Beef.
Reporting to the Feedlot Manager, this opportunity will suit a self-motivated person who is hands on and passionate about the agriculture industry. You will have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn and contribute to the team.
Koojan Downs feeding facility is located 25kms from Moora and 160kms north of Perth. Koojan Downs is part of the integrated beef supply chain for Harvest Road. This integrated beef supply chain ranges from north to southwest of Western Australia and is based on best-practice ecological planning and animal welfare management.
Processing of supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding and approvalsin collaboration with Harvest Road Finance Team.
Maintenance of supplierdatabase.
Commodity receivalsincluding grain sampling and weighbridge operation.
Weighbridge operationfor livestock receivals and dispatch.
Responding toenquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Assistwithinventory management and monthly stocktake procedures.
Perform other tasks and duties asrequired from time to time as required by the needs of the business.
