Ideal candidates are university students or those seeking flexible hours; Mondays and Tuesdays are essential. The role offers exposure to multiple business functions and a collaborative, safety-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Process employee timesheets accurately and on time
• Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Maintain records, registers, and employee licence/certification information
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and accommodation bookings
• Assist with document control and internal audit activities
• Support Production and other departments as required
• Maintain office organisation and comply with WHS requirements

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team at our Thornton facility on a part-time or casual basis. Reporting to the Production Team, this role provides broad administrative support across the business and plays a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

This position would suit a university student, parent returning to the workforce, or someone seeking flexible work during school hours. Due to the nature of the role, availability on Mondays and Tuesdays is essential, as timely processing of timesheets early in the week is a key responsibility.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and looking to gain exposure across multiple business functions.
