Mildura Base Public Hospital (MBPH) is seeking an Administration Assistant for the Specialist Clinic. The role focuses on patient reception, appointment management, check-in/check-out, and support for clinicians.
Casual opportunity with remuneration $30.75 per hour plus 25% casual loading and super. You will use Microsoft Office and hospital systems to maintain records and billing, contributing to a high standard of patient care.

Classification: Administration Officer Grade 1 (HS1) under the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement.
As an Administrative Assistant within the MBPH Specialist Clinics, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients, clinicians, and visitors. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the clinics through managing patient appointments, reception and enquiry services, patient check-in and check-out processes, referral validation, billing and account administration, and maintaining accurate records. This dynamic role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for all patients while supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare services
