Be part of a team that helps ensure the smooth delivery of essential healthcare services by supporting the management of contracts that directly impact frontline patient care, including hospital theatres, renal services, and endoscopy units. In this role, you will administer and reconcile more than $20 million in annual contract expenditure, ensuring the accurate processing of high-value contracts and high-volume invoices while preventing payment delays and unnecessary late fee impacts.
You will monitor contract compliance through invoice reviews, applying KPI abatements where contractual obligations are not met, and maintaining accurate financial records to support governance, audit, and financial accountability requirements. In addition, you will provide vital governance and administrative support through meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and the preparation of reports, briefings, and correspondence that contribute to effective decision-making and service continuity.
