Kelly+Partners Griffith is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Accountant with a strong track record in Chartered Accounting. The role offers remote work flexibility while delivering meaningful client relationships and growth opportunities across accounting, tax and advisory matters.

You will take ownership of client deliverables, work with Partners, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on continuous professional development and excellent service.

Qualificações

• 2-3+ years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting practice
• Working towards, or planning to commence, the CA Program
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Remote work experience is advantageous
• Solid technical accounting knowledge, or eagerness to build it

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
• Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for various entities
• Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
• Liaise with statutory authorities on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure timely client work
• Support junior team members and participate in training seminars

The Opportunity

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
• Take lead in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
• Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
• Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
• Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
• Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
• Help provide an exceptional service to our clients
• Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
• Offer support and training to junior team members

About You

• Minium of 2-3+ years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting practice
• Working towards, or planning to commence, the CA Program
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Previous experience working remotely highly advantageousSolid technical accounting knowledge, or a genuine eagerness to build it
• Experience with APS accounting software (highly regarded)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, motivated and genuinely keen to learn, grow and develop professionally
