Job summary

N.W.G Pty Ltd is hiring an ADAS Technician to calibrate Advanced Driver Assistance Systems across our Sydney region branches. You will work at either Rydalmere or Artarmon, ensuring precise, safe calibrations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Electrical, Mechanical Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as Auto Electrician / Automotive Mechanic / OEM dealership technician.
• Strong background in vehicle diagnostics and calibration, or proven experience in a similar environment.
• ADAS and EV related certifications from OEMs or equipment suppliers are highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to support business development activities.
• Positive, proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally with a current Australian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing enquiries, resolving complaints within 24 hours, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain respectful handling of vehicles, accurate test drive records, and timely setup of new trade accounts.
• Perform ADAS calibrations efficiently and to a high standard by following established processes, meeting daily calibration targets, and taking full ownership of each task.
• Maintain, store, and handle calibration equipment responsibly, reporting any issues promptly to the Calibration Manager to ensure service continuity and quality.
• Research OEM repair methods for ADAS systems and attach them to calibration reports in NatConnect.
• Accurately complete calibration reports and documentation whilst following standard procedures for handling sensitive information.
• Adhere to company policies, WHS requirements, and secure storage procedures for all ADAS tools and equipment to support safety and compliance.
• Support the Branch Manager in growing the ADAS trade business by engaging with local collision repairers and automotive businesses.
• Complete all required ADAS training and certifications while actively participating in industry forums and team meetings to stay up to date with the latest developments.

About the Role
