Job summary

ADAS Solutions Australia is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the Osborne Park Calibration Centre. The role combines hands-on ADAS calibration and diagnostic work with responsible site operations, team support, and relationships within the local repair network.

You will lead day-to-day activity, uphold quality, safety, compliance and exceptional customer service while developing technicians and coordinating with admin staff.

Responsibilities

• Complete ADAS calibrations and diagnostic work at the Osborne Park Calibration Centre.

• Act as the primary local escalation point for technical and operational issues.
• Support site performance against local targets, KPIs, and customer service expectations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships across the local repair network.

What's the role?

Due to internal movement, we are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our Osborne Park Calibration Centre.

This hands-on role combines technical ADAS calibration and diagnostic work with responsibility for site operations, team support, and local repair-network relationships. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day activity at the centre while ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, and customer service standards are maintained. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Complete ADAS calibrations and diagnostic work within the Osborne Park Calibration Centre.
• Provide day-to-day support and oversight for local technicians and administrative staff.
• Lead complex or problematic jobs, ensuring quality outcomes and supporting technician development through hands-on guidance.
• Act as the primary local escalation point for technical and operational issues.
• Support site performance against local targets, KPIs, and customer-service expectations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships across the local repair network.
