Job summary

NWG ADAS & Windscreens is looking for an Automotive Technician/Automotive Electrician at our Rydalmere branch. You will calibrate ADAS systems, perform diagnostics, and support premium windscreen repair and calibration services across NSW.

The role includes customer-facing responsibilities, travel to local sites, and ongoing training with OEM equipment. You will handle calibration reports, maintain tool security, and contribute to growth of the ADAS trade business while upskilling daily.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Electrical, Mechanical Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as Auto Electrician, Automotive Mechanic, or OEM dealership technician.
• ADAS and EV certifications from OEMs or equipment suppliers are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ADAS calibrations to a high standard by following established processes and daily targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address enquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain calibration equipment, store tools securely, and report issues to the Calibration Manager.
• Research OEM repair methods for ADAS and attach findings to calibration reports in NatConnect.
• Accurately complete calibration reports and handle sensitive information per procedures.
• Support the Branch Manager in growing the ADAS trade business with local collision repairers.
• Travel to different locations as required and participate in ongoing ADAS training.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and participate in team meetings.
