Job summary

Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) Melbourne Ad Tech team is seeking a proactive professional to support digital ad operations and sales through audience segment management and platform capability governance. You will work with LiSTNR CDP (Salesforce Data Cloud) and platforms like Adswizz and Covatic to optimise ad campaigns and data flows.

You will collaborate with Sales and Ad Ops to improve attribution tooling and DCO testing, while contributing to monetisation initiatives across LiSTNR

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in digital ad operations, campaign management, or ad tech.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results-driven with multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own creation, governance, quality control, and optimization of Audience Segments in LiSTNR CDP.
• Distribute segments to ad platforms (Adswizz, Frequency) and update docs.
• Support platform capability management for attribution tools (Precision Plus, Veritonic).
• Support DCO campaigns creation and testing of new data signals with Frequency.
• Assist monetisation across LiSTNR Podcast network and partners via new content activation.
• Support monetisation of LiSTNR Streaming content and ad experience quality across apps/web/voice.
