Job summary

Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) is seeking a Digital Campaign Executive to join our Ad Ops team in Sydney. You’ll manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across audio, video, display, and more, ensuring accurate setup and on-time delivery.

You’ll traffic assets, perform QA, monitor pacing, analyse performance, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to optimise outcomes and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital advertising, ad operations, campaign management or related field.
• Strong understanding of ad serving, targeting, measurement and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across audio, video, display, and other digital products.
• Traffic and implement creative assets and third-party tags per campaign specs.
• Conduct QA checks to ensure tracking and requirements are met before launch.
• Monitor pacing and performance; identify delivery risks and optimise outcomes.
• Analyse campaign data and reporting to identify trends and provide insights.
• Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and ad-serving issues with cross-functional teams.
