You will work pro rata to provide high-quality patient care, oversee care plans, and support a range of clinical activities within a collaborative environment.

The role offers ongoing part-time opportunities, with pro rata salary from AU$79,381 to AU$108,311 per annum, depending on experience, location, and hours.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current practicing certificate.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to mentor students and junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care plans and ensure high-quality nursing care across the unit.
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Mentor, teach, and support students and new staff to grow their skills.
• Contribute to service improvements and practice initiatives.
