UniSuper in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Application Developer and Acurity specialist to deliver solutions across the Acurity platform and integrations. You will influence technical direction and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to build secure, scalable software.

This role requires deep Acurity development expertise, strong SQL and database skills, and the ability to guide teams through the full software development lifecycle while mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Acurity development, configuration and support.
• Strong SQL and database development skills, including query optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, APIs and application design principles.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise technology solutions through the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and provide guidance on development approaches, standards and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

The role

As a Senior Application Developer and subject matter expert in Acurity development, you will deliver solutions across the Acurity platform and associated integrations. You’ll influence technical direction and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to business needs.Furthermore, you will:

Deliver high-quality application enhancements and regulatory changes that meet business objectives and minimise operational risk.

Lead the design and implementation of Acurity and related platform solutions using your specialist technical expertise.

You bring deep Acurity expertise and experience delivering complex enterprise technology solutions across the full software development lifecycle. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges, sharing your expertise and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.In addition, you will bring:
