Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join the Actuarial Consulting team in Australia. The role is hybrid, based in Melbourne or Sydney, with a minimum of three days in the office each week.

You will support senior consultants across superannuation and life insurance, helping to develop data-driven insights and actuarial solutions. You will collaborate with leading consultants, participate in research, modelling and reporting, and pursue actuarial certification with study support and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final-year students with a numerate degree.
• Interest or experience in the actuarial field.
• Willing to work in Australia.
• Hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to senior actuarial consultants across superannuation and life insurance.
• Engage in client-facing consulting, research and analysis, quantitative modelling and report writing.
• Collaborate with Marsh’s actuarial team to deliver insights and outcomes for clients.
