Job summary

Marsh seeks a Senior Analyst to join the Actuarial Consulting team within Marsh Investments and Retirement. The role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney and is hybrid, requiring three days in the office weekly. You will deliver client-ready actuarial work across superannuation and life insurance project work.

The candidate will support valuation reports, benefits modelling, capital projections and pricing reviews, while collaborating with leading consultants to drive insights and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical actuarial work.
• Strong communication with an inclusive mindset.
• Pursuit of actuarial professional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-ready actuarial work within agreed timeframes.
• Prepare Actuarial Funding Investigations and Financial Condition Reports.
• Prepare calculations specific to accounting and APRA standards.
• Undertake general actuarial modelling and valuation calculations.
• Respond to queries and participate in client meetings.
• Support consulting projects in product, strategy, retirement incomes and insurance.
