WA Country Health Service in Northampton is seeking an Activities Coordinator on a permanent/fixed-term part-time appointment until 27 June 2027 (38 hours per fortnight). You will plan, develop, implement and evaluate activities for residents, centre-based day care and community clients.

Responsibilities include purchasing and maintaining activity equipment, keeping client records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting older people and/or people living with disability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Practical skills in activity planning and arts and crafts.
• A current C Class Driver's Licence (or equivalent) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate activities for residents and clients.
• Purchase and maintain activity equipment and consumables.
• Maintain client records and documentation for program delivery.
