Job summary

Transport for NSW – Sydney International Airport NSW is seeking an experienced active transport specialist to join the team in Sydney CBD. You will deliver and oversee walking and cycling infrastructure within complex multi-stakeholder environments.

You will provide technical advice, integrate planning and delivery, and collaborate across agencies to improve safety, accessibility and connectivity for active transport users.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills with active transport planning and engineering experience.
• Ability to translate objectives into practical planning and delivery outcomes.
• Experience integrating walking and cycling planning within broad transport contexts.
• Understanding of government planning processes and multi-modal integration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integration and delivery of active transport projects and programs.
• Provide specialist technical advice and oversee active transport projects.
• Influence project planning and development of walking and cycling infrastructure.
• Coordinate with cross-government partners to ensure safe, accessible outcomes.
