Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
• Strong track record in technology sales, including complex public sector solutions.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budget, forecasting and P&L management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the ACT sales team with clear expectations.
• Build and execute an ACT business plan aligned with national strategy.
• Drive infrastructure and services sales across strategic customers and exec relationships.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and ACT P&L performance.
• Develop relationships with customers, vendors, partners and internal stakeholders.
