Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service (VALS) seeks an Administration Officer for the Aboriginal Community Justice Panel (ACJP) to provide general administrative and data support. You will assist with scheduling, data entry, and reporting while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance under supervision.

The role emphasizes data integrity, timely reporting, and coordination across ACJP sites with a culturally safe, community‑controlled environment at VALS.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or data entry roles.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the ACJP Site Coordinator and ACJP Workers.
• Manage scheduling, calendars and minutes.
• Enter call-out data into the system weekly.
• Prepare service data and reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow processes.
