Qualifications

• Current accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
• Strong knowledge of exercise prescription, physiology, anatomy and biomechanics relevant to clinical and community settings.
• Experience delivering exercise interventions to clients with chronic diseases, musculoskeletal conditions, mental health conditions or other health challenges.
• Proficiency in conducting fitness assessments and interpreting physiological test results.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate, motivate and build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in documentation.
• Professional approach to client safety, duty of care and ethical practice standards.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Preferred: experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare teams or allied health clinic environments.

We are seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologistto join our team in Mackay, Queensland. This is a full-time position offering plenty of opportunities to grow your clinical skills and knowledge and to make a meaningful impact on clients' health and wellbeing through evidence-based exercise interventions. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, you will play a vital role in our mission to improve physical function, manage chronic conditions, and enhance quality of life for our diverse client base. This position is integral to delivering high-quality, professional exercise physiology services that align with clinical best practice standards.

What we're looking for:
