Job summary

LifeInMotion Exercise Physiology in Mackay, QLD, is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our team. Qualifications

• Current accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
• Strong knowledge of exercise prescription, physiology, anatomy and biomechanics relevant to clinical and community settings.
• Experience delivering exercise interventions to clients with chronic diseases, musculoskeletal conditions, mental health conditions or other health challenges.
• Proficiency in conducting fitness assessments and interpreting physiological test results.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate, motivate and build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in documentation.
• Professional approach to client safety, duty of care and ethical practice standards.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Preferred: experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare teams or allied health clinic environments.
