Due to a recent restructure in our Health Services division of the Australian Unity Home Health platform we are now on the lookout for an Accreditation & Quality Policy Coordinator. The Accreditation & Quality Policy Coordinator is a critical role for our business that is primarily responsible for maintaining accreditation evidence portals or repositories, and coordination of the clinical policy and procedure program in accordance with the Quality Management System and adherence to the Clinical Governance Framework to ensure the delivery of a high standard of care to Customers.
As a key member of the Quality & Safety team, this role will actively contribute to Accreditation, and the Clinical Quality & Safety Improvement agenda for Australian Unity taking the lead on the coordination of clinical policy, procedure and guideline processes, coordination of committee requirements related to clinical policy and procedure governance, coordination of the clinical indicator program and support for clinical audits for Health Services, Aged Care and Mental Health Services embedding robust reporting processes. The Quality and Safety team implements and facilitates quality and safety improvement planning and strategies across Health Services and Mental Health Services.
