Job summary

EDU Holdings Limited is seeking an Accreditation & Development Coordinator to bridge curriculum design with regulatory compliance across our Australian campuses, including Melbourne. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, accredit, and continually improve courses while meeting governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a similar higher education role.
  • Experience leading quality assurance, accreditation and curriculum governance.
  • Academic course development with understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. TEQSA).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing proposals and documentation for accreditation or reaccreditation of courses.
  • Conduct benchmarking against similar programs to ensure competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and maintain regulatory knowledge.
  • Support Schools in regular course and subject reviews.
  • Develop and implement processes to support accreditation activities.
  • Assist in providing inputs for reports to Academic Board and Board of Directors on product accreditation.
  • Provide secretarial support for Course Advisory Committees.
  • Contribute to development of academic policies and processes aligned with plans and objectives.

About The Role

The Accreditation & Development Coordinator bridges creative curriculum design with regulatory compliance. In this role, you’ll collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to develop, accredit, and continuously improve our courses—ensuring our programs deliver an exceptional learning experience while meeting all governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing proposals and documentation for the accreditation or reaccreditation of courses
  • Conducting benchmarking against similar programs to ensure competitiveness
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Support Schools in conducting regular course and subject reviews
  • Develop and implement processes to support accreditation activities.
  • Assist in providing inputs for reports to the Academic Board and Board of Directors on product accreditation
  • Provide secretarial support for Course Advisory Committees
  • Contribute to the development of academic policies and processes in keeping with plans and objectives
Education & Experience & Skills
  • Significant experience in a similar role within a higher education provider.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading quality assurance, accreditation processes, and curriculum governance within a higher education environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in academic course development and implementation, with a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. TEQSA).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
