Qualifications

• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable, billing or a similar finance role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confidence communicating with customers by phone, email and face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Process billing, payments, cash receipts, journals and credits.
• Follow up outstanding accounts and assist with collections.
• Support residents and families with questions about bills and aged care fees.
• Process direct debits, refunds and other account adjustments.
• Maintain accurate resident account records.
• Support government funding reconciliations and related correspondence.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
• Maintain bond and loan records.
• Work with Finance, Customer Relations, Admissions and others to resolve queries and provide great service.
• Identify ways to improve processes for customers and teams.
