Professional Search Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate start on a temporary contract ending mid-January. You will own the end-to-end AR process, prepare invoices, reconcile accounts and chase outstanding balances in a busy finance team.

The role requires Pronto Xi experience (highly preferred), excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Immediate availability is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance administration role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive approach and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Availability to commence immediately.

Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process.
• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts.
• Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up overdue payments.
• Allocate incoming payments and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to customer queries relating to invoices and payments.
• Assist with debtor reporting and account reconciliations.
• Provide general support to the finance team as required.
