• Generating and sending remittance advices.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.
• Invoice payment follow-up and contact recording.
• Raising queries on invoices with internal/external parties.
• Coordinating online or phone payments.
• Collaborating with the Accounts team to run efficiently.
