Job summary

Reo Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer (Collections) to join our Sydney-based Shared Services team. You will manage end-to-end customer accounts, allocate payments, chase overdue balances and support month-end activities.

The role emphasises accuracy, strong communication with customers, and collaboration with finance colleagues to maintain cash flow and reliable records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control within a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or above).
• Experience in a Shared Services environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Allocate customer payments and maintain accurate account records.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate variances.
• Manage overdue accounts and proactive collections.
• Resolve payment queries and maintain customer relationships.
• Support month-end processes and reporting.
