11 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk – Accounts Receivable for a 3-month full-time contract in Western Australia. You will manage debtors, finance contracts and machine records, reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with the Accountant and Financial Controller.

Responsibilities include credit checks, payroll tax lodgement, month-end reconciliations, and portal invoicing. Strong accuracy, communication, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Proven accounts receivable experience or similar role.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and credit control legislation.
• Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and ability to build rapport.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Check credit, process credit applications and set up customer accounts.
• Bank customer payments, reconcile debtor accounts and process refunds.
• Follow up overdue accounts with 7-day letters and payment plans, and liaise with debt collection agencies.
• Prepare weekly lists of outstanding invoices for relevant departments.
• Keep finance contract records up to date and reconcile with finance provider statements.
• Process credit card payments, cash transfers and daily bank reconciliation.
• Maintain machine records and the Machinery Payment Schedule; process invoices and rebates.
• Enter and monitor invoices on portals such as Quadrem and Ariba; assist with month-end reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll tax monthly and keep FBT records for company vehicles (if applicable).
• Cover accounts payable during leave and assist reception when needed.
