Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
• Immediately available
• Strong experience with payment allocation, receipting, and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• A positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and contribute

Responsabilités

• Manage daily banking and receipting activities
• Process and allocate payments
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Set up and maintain customer accounts
• Conduct credit checks and assist with credit limit reviews
• Monitor customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements
• Assist with administration of receivables and related processes
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding account queries
• Assist with month-end activities and ad hoc finance tasks
