Job summary

SAG Workforce Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our growing team in Brisbane. You will manage high-volume invoicing, AR functions, and balance reconciliations while supporting month-end processes and payroll where needed.

Ideal candidates will have construction or civil infrastructure industry experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or civil infrastructure industry.
• Experience processing high-volume invoicing.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and reconciliations.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication with clients and suppliers.
• Willingness to learn new systems.
• Payroll experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of customer and supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage accounts receivable functions
• Complete invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with debtor follow-up and account enquiries
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Support general accounting and month-end processes
• Assist with payroll processing when required
• Collaborate with project managers and operational teams for cost allocations
• Help implement and improve accounting systems and administrative processes
