Job summary

Randstad in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable professional to join a construction company in the Southern Suburbs. The role focuses on project-heavy AP with some AR, bank guarantees and admin support during quieter periods.

You will code invoices to projects, manage supplier invoicing in Jobpac and Easy Scan, and assist with AR tasks and credit applications. Immediate start and a contract for 3 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Experience using Jobpac is preferred.
• Attention to Detail: ability to handle multi-tiered project cost-coding accurately.
• Availability: Immediate availability to start.

Responsibilities

• Project Cost Coding: Code invoices down to specific projects, job levels, and cost-codes.
• Accounts Payable: Manage AP process, processing supplier invoices using Jobpac and Easy Scan.
• Accounts Receivable & Admin: Assist with AR tasks, credit applications, bank guarantees, and administration during quieter periods.
