Job summary

Cranfield Group is seeking an Accounts Officer to own the day-to-day AP & AR for a growing Brisbane construction business. This hands-on position covers supplier invoices, customer invoicing and debt collection, coordinating with an offshore assistant and internal project teams.

The role suits someone who is organised, accurate and comfortable working autonomously within a project-driven environment. MYOB or Jobpac experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in roles like Accounts Officer, Finance Officer or AR/AP roles.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, accurate and able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices and raise customer invoices.
• Coordinate with offshore accounts assistant and internal teams to manage workload.
• Reconcile supplier statements and assist with bank reconciliations.
