Job summary

Rhino-Rack is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team, working 25 hours per week across five days in Eastern Creek, NSW.

You will manage customer accounts, respond to AR queries, follow up overdue invoices, and process multi-currency payments, supporting month-end reporting and process improvements. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AR and solid Excel/ERP experience.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience managing customer accounts, collections and reconciliations.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience using an ERP system, ideally NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and respond to accounts receivable queries.
• Follow up overdue invoices and support debt collection activities.
• Process and allocate customer payments across multiple currencies.
• Complete account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and process approved adjustments.
• Support month-end reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes.
