Job summary

Rhino‑Rack is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Officer to join the Finance team, working 25 hours per week across five days. You will manage customer accounts, process payments across currencies, and support debt collection while maintaining accurate records.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in AR, experience with reconciliations, and strong attention to detail. ERP experience (NetSuite) and excellent communication with customers and internal teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience managing customer accounts, collections and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicating with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and respond to accounts receivable queries.
• Follow up overdue invoices and support debt collection activities.
• Process and allocate customer payments across multiple currencies.
• Complete account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and process approved adjustments.
• Support month-end reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes.
